Yes — you can switch to any currently available plan at any time. Admins only.
To change your plan:
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Billing & Usage from the menu
- Click Change Plan. The Change Your Plan page lists the plans available, with your current plan highlighted
- Click Choose Plan on the plan you want, then click Continue With Selected Plan
Billing adjustment
Your new plan starts straight away. We calculate the price difference for the remainder of your billing period and either invoice the extra straight away (upgrade) or credit your account (downgrade).
Minutes allowance
Your new plan's minutes allowance applies from your next renewal. Changing plan doesn't top up or reduce the minutes you have left in the current period.
Free trials
If you're in a free trial and switch to a plan without one, your trial ends straight away.
Downgrading with more numbers than the new plan allows
If you're downgrading to a plan that includes fewer numbers than you currently have, you won't be able to switch until you remove the excess numbers. For example, the Start plan includes 1 number — if you have 3, remove 2 before downgrading. See how to remove a number.
