Yes — if you reactivate within 90 days of the end of your paid period, your number is still assigned to your account.
To reactivate:
- Log back in at portal.everreach.co.uk. You'll see Account Reactivation Required
- Click Update Payment Method and complete checkout. This restarts your previous plan
- Once payment goes through, your account is reactivated automatically
If you'd like a different plan, you can change it afterwards from Billing & Usage — see how to change your plan.
After that period, the number is released back to the network and removed from your account — once released, it can't be recovered and may have been assigned to someone else.
