Once your subscription ends, you'll lose access to your call records and voicemails in the everreach portal. The data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy, but won't be accessible through your account.
If you've turned on Send incoming voicemail messages to your email address for a number (on its Advanced tab), voicemails are also emailed to you when they arrive, so you'll have copies in your inbox.
To export your call history before you cancel:
- Open Reception. This opens the Inbox for your first number — to switch to another number, click its name at the top
- On the All or Calls tab, click Export CSV
- Choose a date range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Custom range), then click Export CSV
The export covers your call history, not voicemail audio. If you have multiple numbers, do this for each one.
