As you approach your monthly minutes limit, we'll email every admin on your account at three points: when you have 100 minutes left, 50 minutes left, and 0 minutes left.
Once your minutes run out, new incoming calls go straight to voicemail instead of being forwarded. Calls already in progress aren't cut off. Callers can still leave a message — voicemails appear in your Inbox in the portal as normal, and are emailed to you if you've turned on voicemail emails for that number.
Call forwarding resumes when your minutes allowance resets at your next renewal. Changing plan doesn't top up your current allowance — a new plan's minutes apply from your next renewal. If you regularly run out, change your plan to one with more minutes so future months have a higher allowance.
