Add or remove virtual numbers

You can add more virtual numbers to your account at any time, or remove ones you no longer need. Both are admin-only actions.

How many numbers your plan includes

• Start — 1 included, 1 maximum
• Grow — 3 included, 3 maximum
• Run — 5 included, 7 maximum (up to 2 extra numbers, charged monthly for each)

Adding an extra number shows the monthly cost before you confirm. The charge is prorated from the day you add it and appears on your next invoice.

If you're on Start or Grow, upgrade your plan for a higher allowance.

Where to find your virtual numbers

1. Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
2. Open Virtual Numbers from the menu

Add a number

1. Click Add Number
2. Pick the kind of number you want:
   • Local Number — a UK landline number for a specific city or area (01 / 02 prefix). You'll pick the area code (e.g. 020 for London, 0161 for Manchester) and we'll show you what's available.
   • National Number — a UK national-rate number (0330 prefix). Costs the same to call as a landline; not tied to any particular city.
3. Pick a number from the Available Numbers list
4. Click Add Number. If it's an extra number beyond your plan's included numbers, you'll see Add an extra number? with the cost — click Confirm and add number to go ahead.

Your new number is active straight away, and the portal takes you to its Call Flow page so you can set up a call flow (see Quick Setup for a basic flow in two minutes).

Remove a number

To remove a number from your account:

1. Open Virtual Numbers from the menu
2. Find the number in your list (use the search box if you have many)
3. Click the trash icon on its row
4. In the Delete Virtual Number dialog, click Delete Number

If the number is still in use elsewhere, the deletion may be refused and you'll see an error — the number stays on your account.

Removing a number can't be undone. Once removed, it leaves your account and we can't guarantee you'll be able to get it back.
