How will I know when someone is calling my everreach number?

When someone calls your everreach number and we forward it through to your phone, your phone displays one of two things — and you can choose which:

• Display my virtual number — your phone shows your everreach number, so you can identify business calls.
• Display caller's number — your phone shows the actual caller's number, so you can save it as a contact or call back. (Their number won't show if they've withheld it.)

To change this setting:

1. Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
2. Open Reception and click into the number you want to set up
3. Go to Advanced Settings
4. Under Caller ID Display, pick the option you prefer
