Can I restore deleted voicemail messages?

No — once you delete a voicemail from your Inbox, it's permanently deleted. We can't recover deleted voicemails.

If you've turned on Send incoming voicemail messages to your email address for the number (in its Advanced tab), each voicemail is also emailed to you as an audio attachment when it arrives — if you've deleted one from the Inbox by mistake, check your email for a copy.

To listen to a voicemail in the everreach portal, open Reception, pick the number (click the number's name at the top of the page to switch), open the Inbox tab, and click the play button on the voicemail row.
