View your Inbox (calls and voicemails)

Updated by everreach

Each of your virtual numbers has its own Inbox — a list of every call and voicemail that's come in to that number. From the Inbox you can listen to voicemails, block unwanted callers, and download your call history.

Where to find your Inbox

  1. Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
  2. Open Reception — the Inbox for your first number opens by default
  3. To see a different number's Inbox, click the number's name at the top of the page and pick the number you want

Use the All, Calls, and Voicemails tabs at the top of the list to filter what's shown.

What each row shows

Each row in the Inbox is one inbound interaction. Columns:

  • Date/Time — when the call came in
  • Type — an icon showing whether it was an answered call, a missed call, or a voicemail
  • From — the caller's number. Click it to copy the number
  • Caller — for voicemails, the caller's name picked up from the message by Smart Voicemail
  • Category — for voicemails, a colour-coded badge showing what the call was about
  • Forwarded To — which of your contacts the call was forwarded to (when applicable)
  • Digits — any keys the caller pressed during the call (e.g. when going through a menu)
  • Duration — how long the call lasted
  • Actions — the buttons described below

The Caller and Category columns show a dash for calls, and for voicemails without Smart Voicemail results.

What you can do with each row

  • Play voicemail — for voicemail rows, click the green play button to listen in your browser
  • View transcription — for voicemail rows, click the transcript icon to see the Smart Voicemail summary and transcript (see What's in your Smart Voicemail Inbox)
  • Block caller — click the red ban icon to add the caller's number to your blocklist (admin only — see Block unwanted callers)
  • Delete — click the trash icon, then Delete to confirm. This removes the row from your Inbox. For voicemails, this also deletes the recording (see Can I restore deleted voicemails? — short answer: no)

Export your call history

Click Export CSV (on the All or Calls tab) to open the Export Call History dialog. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Custom range, then click Export CSV. The export covers this number's Inbox only — if you have multiple numbers, do this for each.
