What's in your Smart Voicemail Inbox
Beta: Smart Voicemail is a beta feature and may change.
Smart Voicemail results show up in the Inbox against each voicemail row. For an overview of the feature, see Smart Voicemail: what it is and how it helps.
Where to find Smart Voicemail results
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Reception. If you have more than one number, click the number's name at the top of the page and pick the one you want to check
- Open the Inbox tab — two columns show Smart Voicemail results:
- Caller — the caller's name, extracted from the voicemail
- Category — a colour-coded badge showing what the call was about (see Smart Voicemail categories)
These columns are always shown. Call rows (and voicemails without Smart Voicemail results) show a dash.
While a voicemail is being processed
Processing runs a few seconds after the caller hangs up — a spinner in the Caller column shows it's in progress.
See the full Smart Voicemail breakdown
Click the transcript icon in the Actions column to expand the row. The expanded panel is headed Smart Voicemail and shows:
- Summary — one or two sentences summarising the message, shown at the top of the panel
- Suggested — a recommended next step based on the message, e.g. "call back today", "no action needed"
- Full transcript — the full transcript of the voicemail. Click Full transcript to show or hide it
If the caller didn't say anything, the panel shows "No speech detected in this voicemail." If the results can't be loaded, you'll see "Couldn't load the transcription." — click Retry to try again.
Click the icon again to collapse the row.
