Update your account details
You can update your name, email address, password, timezone, and marketing preferences from your account settings at any time.
To get to Settings
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the everreach portal (on a small screen, click your initials, or open the menu)
- Choose Settings
What you can change
- First Name and Last Name — click the pencil icon next to the field, make your change, then click the tick to save
- Email address — click the envelope icon to open the Change Email Address dialog. Enter your New Email Address and Current Password, then click Change Email & Log Out. You'll be logged out for security — log back in with the new email.
- Password — click the key icon to open the Change Password dialog. Enter your Current Password, then your New Password (at least 8 characters; spaces and symbols are fine, so a passphrase works) and Confirm New Password, and click Change Password. You'll be logged out — log back in with your new password.
- Timezone — click the pencil icon, pick yours from the list, then click the tick, so dates and times in the everreach portal display correctly
- Marketing Preferences — tick or untick the box to choose whether you receive occasional updates and offers from everreach
Signed up with Google or Microsoft?
Changing your email address or password asks for your current everreach password, which you won't have yet. To set one, log out, click Forgot password? on the Sign In page and follow the reset link. You can then change your email address or password here, and still sign in with Google or Microsoft as before.
