Update your account details
You can update your name, email address, password, and timezone from your account settings at any time.
To get to Settings
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the everreach portal
- Choose Settings from the dropdown
What you can change
- First name and last name — click into the field and save your change
- Email address — handled in a separate dialog. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm, and you'll be logged out for security after the change. Log back in with the new email.
- Password — change it from the password section on the same page
- Timezone — pick yours from the list so dates and times in the everreach portal display correctly
